1. In case of order cancellation, please cancel the order before it is shipped.
2. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.
2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.

⚠️ Please place your order strictly according to the size chart provided on the product page.

Customers often place orders based on assumptions, other brands' size charts, or by ignoring the provided size chart. In such cases, size-related issues, return requests, or complaints will not be entertained.

🚫 Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer will not be accepted.

If you order from our website and see a return policy mentioned there, please read it carefully.

✅ The return policy is applicable only if a wrong product, damaged product, or defective product is delivered by us.

🚫 No exchange or return will be accepted for a wrong size ordered by the customer.

Note for Return

• Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products without original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the applicable return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.

• The final decision regarding return eligibility shall remain at the sole discretion of the company.

8. Return & Refund Charges 💳

• Refund: If you choose a refund, a ₹249 delivery/handling charge will be deducted or needs to be paid, as applicable.
• Exchange: If you choose to exchange the product, a ₹100 delivery charge will apply.
